HARDWARE CONTROL
The unit is fitted with 1 switchbank of 4 poles that are used to define the Serial port interface. It
will be set to RS232 by default. A combination of pole 1 (SW1:p1) and pole 2 (SW1:p2) are used
to configure the communications standard of Serial port 1 (
P1
).
The switch 3 (SW1:p3) and switch 4 (SW1:p4) are not supported.

Note
This unit also supports RS485 (2-wire+Gnd), and RS422 (4-wire+Gnd). However,
