6 Relaxing with the sonoroHIFI
6.1 Play Relax Music

Relax Music
The „Relax“ function on your sonoroHIFI allows
you to relax. A range of natural sounds to help you
relax and rest are saved in your sonoroHIFI.
You can choose from the following tracks:
– Ocean Surf
– Whales
– Birds
– Rain
– Wind Chimes
– Fireplace
Prerequisite: The device is on.
1. Press repeatedly until the display
shows „Relax Music“ .
Alternatively:
Briefly press .

The device switches to Relax mode.
2. Press / or / , to select a track.
Alternatively:
Press one of the memory buttons to .
ð
The track will start to play.

6.2 Playing meditative music

Meditative music
The „Meditate“ function on your sonoroHIFI also
allows you to relax. It consists of audio modules
saved in your sonoroHIFI that provide instructions
to help you meditate.
You can choose from the following audio modules:
– Quick relaxation
– Meditative relaxation
– Progressive muscle relaxation
– A journey of the imagination
– Relax music
Playing meditative music
Prerequisite: The device is on.
1. Press repeatedly until the display
shows „Meditate Music“ .
Alternatively:
Briefly press .
ð
The device switches to Meditate mode.
2. Press one of the memory buttons to to
choose one of the 5 audio modules ( Ä „Over‐
view of German audio modules“ on page 104).
ð
The first track in the selected audio module
starts to play.
3. To play another track from the same module,
press / or / .
Setting the language for the meditative music
Prerequisite: The device is in Meditate mode.
1. Press or .
ð
The display shows the „Bass“ setting.
2. Turn until the display shows „Music
Content“ .
3. Press to go to the Language menu.
