10. Call Back
The AVN-TB20AR and AVN-TB20AD maintain a list of the last 18
unanswered intercom calls so that they can be returned if required. The
main display shows the current number of missed calls in the upper le� side
of the screen. With no missed calls, the display shows “CB:00” and the text
is not highlighted. When a call is missed, this indicator is highlighted, the
number is incremented to show the total number of missed calls, and the
call back bu�on starts to flash green.
Call Back List
The call back list is only available when missed calls have been registered.
To access the call back list, press the call back bu�on. The bu�on
illuminates red and the display changes to show the call back list
informa�on – see Fig 10-1.

Each missed call entry shows the callers intercom name and the �me and
date. The last 2 items shown are clear list, which deletes all entries from the
list, and exit which returns to the main screen. Pressing the call back bu�on
whilst viewing the list also exits back to the main screen.
Returning a Missed Call
To return a missed call, highlight the required entry from the call back list
using the naviga�on up and down bu�ons or the naviga�on rotary control
then press the naviga�on centre bu�on to select. The display returns to
the main screen and a call to the selected unit is requested. If the call is
answered, the selected call back list entry is deleted.
Deleting the Call Back List
To delete all entries from the call back list, scroll down to the clear list
op�on using the naviga�on up and down bu�ons or the naviga�on rotary
control then press the naviga�on centre bu�on. The list is cleared and the
display returns to the main screen. There is also a user bu�on op�on to
