1-7-1. Power Supply during Repairs
AC power adaptor
Use the AC power adaptor when repairing the unit.
1-7-2. Precaution on Replacing the DPR-394 Board
Adjustment values of the camera are written to the DPR-394 board in this unit.
For this reason, when the OHB block or the DPR-394 board is replaced, activate the Adjust Manual from the Adjust Station. Then
adjust the camera according to the Adjust Manual and write adjustment values.
Also, the following data need to be written on a brand-new board for repair because the board has no information that is unique to a
model.
Note
The [LOAD AND WRITE] function in “ADJUSTMENT DATA BACKUP” on the DATA tab in the Adjust Manual overwrites all
data of the unit. Therefore execute the [LOAD AND WRITE] before performing the following operation.
Destination Data
The destination data stored in the board for repair is different from the destination setting stored in the board before replacement in
some cases.
Destination must be set on the replacement board after installation.
Method of the destination data write:
Start the Adjust Manual in the Adjust Station and execute “Destination data write” on the ADJUST tab.
Restore Data
Before replacing the board with a brand-new board, be sure to extract the data from the former one.
The following kinds of data are acquired by the unit.

Product ID & USB Serial Data
•
DRA adjustment Data
Method of the data extracting:
Start the Adjust Manual in the Adjust Station and execute “RESTORE DATA” on the DATA tab.
USB Serial No. and Product ID
The unit is shipped after an ID (USB Serial No.) unique to each unit and an ID (Product ID) unique to each model have been written.
These IDs have not been written in a brand-new board. Therefore, after the board has been replaced, be sure to write these IDs to a
brand-new board.
