The roller shutter moves back and forth: this
control point has been programmed in the drive.
Some control points have an ON/OFF button. To activate them, press the ON/OFF button at the
back of the control point.

2.4.1. Questions on the S&SO-RS100
io?
Observations
Possible causes

The roller shutter does
not operate.
The wiring is incorrect.
Check the wiring and modify as required.
The overheating protection on the drive
has been activated. The temperature
protection of the S&SO-RS100
io takes
several parameters into account and
can therefore be triggered to protect
it even though the tube temperature
is not high.
Wait for a few minutes.
The io-homecontrol
®
control point
battery is low.
Check the battery and replace it as required.
The control point is not compatible.
Contact a Somfy representative.
The io-homecontrol
®
control point used
is not programmed in the drive.
Use a programmed control point or program this
control point.
The roller shutter makes
2 brief movements
before executing the
Λ
and
V
orders and
functions at slow speed.
The end limit setting in manual or
semi-automatic mode was interrupted.
If setting in manual or semi-automatic mode is
required: repeat the setting procedure

Otherwise move the roller shutter once to the upper
end limit and once to the lower end limit to return to
normal operating mode.
