Setting and mounting the opening stop
> > > Illustration 13
1]
Release the carriage using the manual back release device and move
the door to the open position.
CAUTION
During this operation, check that there is no risk that the back release
device cable will subsequently become snagged on an element protruding
from the car (for example a roof rack).
NOTICE
Do not open the door to its maximum; it must not reach its stop blocks.
2]
Insert the stop block into the rail then rotate 90°.
3]
Position the stop block against the carriage.
4]
Tighten the mounting screw moderately.
CAUTION
Do not tighten the mounting screw to its maximum. Excessive tightening
can damage the screw and cause the stop block to be incorrectly secured.
3.10 Mounting the chain bearings
> > > Illustration 14
NOTICE
For chain rails only. These bearings limit parasitic noise linked to friction
between the chain and the rail.
Position each of the bearings in the first hole in the rail, outside the end lim-
its.
Ensure that the bearing is fully pushed in so that the positioning lug pro-
trudes past the outside of the rail.
3.11 Checking the tension of the chain or belt
> > > Illustration 15
The rails are supplied pre-tensioned and checked. If necessary, adjust this
tension.
CAUTION
The rubber or tension spring must never be completely compressed during
operation.

QUICK COMMISSIONING
4.1
Powering on the installation
> > > Illustration 16
DANGER
Connect the power supply cable to a socket provided for this purpose and
which complies with the electrical requirements.
Connect the motorisation to the mains and power on the installation.
The integrated lighting flashes 3 times and the “SET” indicator light flashes
slowly.
NOTICE
Position of the antenna
The antenna must exit the motor housing as shown in the figure to avoid
affecting the radio range.

Door type parameter setting
> > > Illustration 18
The default parameter Px (door type) is sectional.
Px
Door type
Values
1: Sectional
2: Side
3: Up-and-over
If the motorisation is installed on an up-and-over or side door, change the
value of parameter Px following the instructions
4.4
Auto-programming the door travel
Auto-programming is used to adjust the speed, maximum torque and slow-
ing zones.
NOTICE
The opening and closing slowing zones are set to a default distance of about
20 cm.
The door must not encounter any sticking point in the slowing zone.
CAUTION
Auto-programming is a mandatory step in commissioning the motorisation.
During auto-programming:
• the obstacle detection function is inactive. Remove any objects or
obstacles and do not allow any persons near or inside the motorisa-
tion's operating range.
• the safety inputs are active.
• pressing the "SET", "+" or "-" button will interrupt auto-programming.
• the memorised remote controls can be used to interrupt auto-pro-
gramming.
WARNING
Once installation is complete, it is essential to check that the obstacle de-
tection system complies with Annex A of the standard EN 12453.
