DESCRIPTION
The system power is controlled by a momentaryB
switch connected to this lead. B
Pressing the button once will switch the system B
between ON and SOFT OFF. B
Pushing the switch while in the ON mode for more B
4 seconds will turn the system off.B
The system power LED shows the status of the B
system's power.

DESCRIPTION
This allows user to manually place the system into aB
suspend mode or "Green" mode, where systemB
activity is decreased to save electricity and prolongB
the life of certain components when the system is B
not in use. This 2-oin connector connects to the B
case-mounted suspend switch. If you do not have a B
switch for the connector, you may use the "Turbo B
Switch".B
SMI is activated when it detects a short to openB
moment and therefore leaving it shorted will not B
cause any problems. This may require one or two B
presses depending on the position of the switch.B
Wake-Up can be controlled by settings in the BIOSB
but the keyboard will always allow wake-up(the SMIB
lead cannot wake up the system).
