Thanks for purchasing our Solight 1T05 Breath Alcohol Computer, a hand held Digital Alcohol Analyzer. Solight 1T05
gives you a graphic indication of your breath alcohol content and thus your possible concentration of intoxication.

1. Install 3 x 1.5V alkaline batteries (AAA) into the battery
compartment (auto-cleaning will automatically activate
according to the CAUTION manual) The “AUTO
CLEANING” indicator flashes and the display counts down.
Pressing ON/OFF Key can terminate this “AUTO
CLEANING” process.
2. Wash your mouth with water before using. Abstain from
smoking or drinking alcohol for at least 5 minutes. Warning!!
Using the digital alcohol analyzer immediately or within 5
minutes after consuming alcohol can damage the sensor
and distort future measuring. The device is excluded from
the guarantee for improper handling.
3. Pressing the ON/OFF Key to turn on the power, sensor
pre-heating will be activated for an approximate 9 seconds.
“Wait” flashes for 6 seconds and then “PH” & “ST” shows
alternatively and the display counts down.
4. Insert a drinking straw or blow tube into the gas inlet located on top of the LCD screen.
5. “READY” lights with a beep tone when count down to zero, and ready to start the test.
6. Press & hold the BLOW Key, the “BLOW” indicator shows on the display. User should blow continuously through
the straw for approximately 7 seconds. Stop blowing when you hear a single beep tone and a reading will be
displayed on the display.
Alert Signals
1. Low level – readings of less than 0.1‰; the display shows “0.00”.
2. Medium level – readings of more than 0.1‰; the analyser shows the alcohol concentration on the display.
3. High level – higher readings; the analyser emits an audible signal, the display goes red, the “NO DRIVING”
indicator flashes together with the reading for approx.. 10 seconds.
4. If the reading is more than 1.5‰, the “NO DRIVING” indicator will flash, together with “Hi” (High concentration)
with the display lit in red.
5. Press START to turn off the audible signal and start a fresh measurement.
YOU ARE PROHIBITED TO DRIVE since you already exceed the high level.
Notes:
1. To ensure high precision readings, user should perform the auto-cleaning if unused for more than 2 weeks
(especially for the first time of using). User should start the auto-cleaning process by removing the batteries and
