Step 1: Prepare the printer
A.
Locate the handle on right
side of the printer cover and
lift up to expose print head
and spools.
B.
Open the print head by
pushing the print head
release lever towards the
back of the printer and
lowering the side plate.
C.
Remove the green plastic
endcap on the guide bars.
Step 2: Load the Ribbon
A.
Push the feeder ribbon onto
the spool behind the print
head. The ribbon feeds dull
side down from front of the
spool (Some ribbons are
reverse rolled and feed from
the back of the spool).
B.
Pass the ribbon above the
top guide bar and over the
black bar in the center of the
print head. Pull the ribbon
through the front of the
printer head.
C.
Pass the ribbon under the
return spool and use tape to
secure it to the spool. Turn
the spool to the front of
printer two complete
revolutions to secure the
ribbon.
