Troubleshooting the Meter using the
Device Display

The communication status screen should display the

following:

incorrectly

(SolarEdge) is not displayed as the Prot (protocol), configure

the meter as follows.:

1. Select

Device Type

Revenue Meter

2. Select Communication

RS485-x Conf

Protocol

SolarEdge

3. Check that the meter's Modbus address specified in

Communication

RS485-x Conf

Device ID

corresponds to the meters' DIP switch settings. Refer to

"DIP Switches" on page 17.
