Check for water damage or sealing problems:
Inspect the entire conduit run for possible points of
water penetration, and fix leaks.
Ensure that proper outdoor rated components are
used.
Use a Voltmeter to measure the voltage on the meter's AC
wiring. The line to line voltage should be according to the
meter's specifications.

shown above, the meter is not communicating with the
inverter. Check the following:
There are no loose connections at the inverter
communication board and at the meter.
The RS485 wiring between the meter and the
inverter/Commercial Gateway as specified in
