Figure 21. Component arrangement
2 Organize System Components
Organize the seven (7) Li Expander Pak 2400s, Power Hub 2400, and the PRO-Verter 7000 AGS on a
shipping pallet or similar support, in a location that is as protected from the environment as possible.
The System should be raised at least four (4) inches from the ground. Refer to the diagram below
for the optimal position and orientation of all components. All ports on all components must be
accessible.
To keep the footprint of the System at a minimum, stack the batteries: four on the base and three
on the next layer with the front of the batteries facing outward so the Inter-Connect ports are
accessible. Finally, place the Power Hub 2400 and the PRO-Verter 7000 AGS on the top or third
layer (see below and Step 3).

Elevate the batteries, Power Hub 2400, PRO-Verter 7000 AGS, and the Inter-Connect Strips at least
four (4) inches above the ground surface to reduce the possibility of the components becoming
submerged in water. Most importantly, the Inter-Connect Strip should be located above the ground,
on top of an Expander Pak 2400 (as shown in Step 3) to limit the potential of water intrusion.
