Note 
If the function Display Barcode is enabled, and a fixed value memory is used that is not located in 
the fixed memory, the error message "Error 83 - Fixed Value Not Found" is displayed. The unit 
returns to scale mode and the selected function is canceled.  
 
Start mode 
If start mode is enabled, the scale freezes the value after reaching the respectively defined 
switching point (S1 to S6), and as a result also freezes the signal. The scale can be relieved without 
disabling the switching point, and thus without unintentionally starting a new transaction. The 
frozen state (HLD) is only lifted by pressing the F3 Start key in the Dynamic Switching level. 
Enable the start mode in setup mode under Program Settings / Dynamic Switching / Start Mode. 
 
 

6.13.7 To picking 

 
This function is also available for dynamic switching. 
The function can be used to total/pick items.  
The totaling functions are controlled with the function keys in the Dynamic Switching Functions 
level. 
 
Totaling  
means that the individual items are weighed sequentially. The weight is added to totaling memory 
and the load is removed from the scale after each individual weighing. 
 
Picking  
means that the weighed items are left on the scale.  
The weight is added to totaling memory and the scale returns to zero without the load being 
removed from the scale.  
The measurement location cannot be changed during the picking transaction. 
 
The selection between totaling or picking  
is made in setup mode Program Settings.  
The selection applies to all subsequent weighing bridges.  
For purposes of the description, the following only addresses totaling.  
 
Totaling memory with several connected scales 
A central totaling memory is maintained for all connected scales. 
 
Totaling memory capacity 
Up to 999 transaction can be stored in totaling memory. 
The totaling memory needs to be deleted thereafter. 
 
Operating the totaling function 
Press the Function Page key          to start the Totaling Function level  
 
Plus F6 
Press the F6 Plus key to save the weight on the weighing bridge to the totaling memory. The item 
counter and the sequential number are incremented by 1. 
Prior to a new totaling transaction, the scale must be relieved by a minimum relief factor specified 
in setup mode. 
A weight value of 0 or totaling without relieving the scale is displayed with "Error 55 - Place 
Weight" (relief factor = 0 only requires a weight change).
