Application Add - Mode
In the add mode, if the minimum reference weight or quantity is not reached, the
display shows the additional required reference quantity (add) with „“.
By applying the difference quantity, the display value is adjusted when the scale
stops. The reference weight can only be transferred from the add mode to the
counting mode by applying the required add quantity.
Abort the add mode by pressing the on/off button.
The settings for Add mode are made in Setting mode (470.702.126 User mode
3820) UCAL 8 pos. 03 to pos. 05.
Counting with tare
See item 7.3.
An active tare weight can be recognised by the „NET“ in the display.
The application programs „Totalising“ and „Commissioning“ are both controlled
by the Plus button. Since both programmes have their own sequence, you must
assign one of these functions to the Plus button (see separate description
470.702.126 User mode UCAL1 item 08).
The following functions can be assigned to the Plus button:
1. totalising
2. auto totalising
3. picking
4. auto-picking
Press the count button.
The display „Add XXX“ (XXX=number of reference parts) prompts to place one
or more reference parts. By repeatedly pressing the count button, the reference
quantity for light reference parts can be changed in the steps
1/2/5/10/25/50/100.
Place the reference parts and confirm with the SEND button.
The display switches to counting mode.
Press the switch point button in counting mode.
The display jumps to the target piece count and O2 at = is displayed.
Set the value of the target number of pieces using the tare or function button.
The zeroing key can be used to quickly reset a preset setpoint/tolerance value
to zero.
Confirm the setting with the setpoint button.
The display jumps to the upper tolerance O1 at > is displayed.
Set the value of the upper tolerance (as the difference to the setpoint) using the
tare or function button.
