TEST AFTER INSTALLATION
This counterweight is designed to be used as transportable football goals accessory.
According to the decree above, for the first installation the goal must be tested like below :
-
Put a vertical and static charge of 180 kg, on the middle of the crossbar,
-
Put an horizontal charge of 110kg at the same point
After testing, the equipment and the fixation system or counterweight should not fail, displace or deform.
When the goal is not used it must be sealed or be stocked somewhere that people can
’
t used it.
During the first installation, this stability and solidity test is compulsory.
Every time that the equipment is assembled, a visual check of the stability and solidity must be realized.
The owner must regularly check the condition of the product, and be sure that it meets the current safety standards.
In order to use our products at there best, it is recommended to follow carefully the notice of instruction, where you
can find the conditions of assembly ; installation ; maintenance ; storing..
MAINTENANCE
The equipment has to be regularly maintained by the owner. It is advised to:

Check every week that all the screws are correctly tightened
-
Fix paint defects if the module has been damaged, using the adapted paint, specified by the manufacturer.

Replace all damaged or missing parts with a spare part recommended by the manufacturer.

Clean the product by using dishwasher soap, clean water, and soft cloth.
It is advised to carry out this cleaning once or twice a year, or even more regularly according to the environmental
conditions (saline environment,
…)
.
If the forecast planned a bad weather (strong wind,
…),
the goal should be removed from the sheaths and put on the
ground.
WARRANTY
One full year parts and labour guarantee. Every claim regarding condition of the delivered equipment has to be done
within the legal period of the reception of the material. The warranty will not apply to:
-
all degradation during the transport.
-
all degradation due to use differing from which was intended.
-
all degradation due to poor maintenance.
-
any defect claimed after the end of the legal period.
-
any damage due to a faulty installation and assembly of the module
