Controller Instructions

Note: 

 Press on/off button to turn on the massage mat, the mat automatically active 

 the default settings i.e. the massager works on Mode 1 and on Medium intensity.

MODE indicators

Five Preprogrammed massage

modes 

ON/OFF:

Press to turn the massage mat 

on or off.

INTENSITY:

Press to choose Low, Medium,

High intensity of vibration.

Massage Regions:

Each massage regions  may 

be turned off or on as desired 

by press the button for any  

combination of regions and 

while any of the five  MODEs  

are active.

NOTE:  the “LEG” button 

controls leg and feet regions.
