Drains

Clean the drain channel with a cloth and

warm soapy water. Rinse the drains with lots of
clean water.

Work surface

The stainless steel work surface is subject to
contamination with salt/blood.

Clean this dry stainless steel surface

regularly with lots of warm water.

Dry this surface carefully after cleaning.

Dry

Do not use abrasives or aggressive

cleansers.

Display case glass panels general

Completely open

Clean the glass with water, and use

methylated spirit if necessary.

Free of grease and fingerprints
