CAUTION!

 If the ambient

temperature is high or the

appliance is fully loaded, and the

appliance is set to the lowest

temperatures, it may run

continuously causing frost to

form on the rear wall. In this

case the dial must be set to a

higher temperature to allow

automatic defrosting and

therefore reduced energy

consumption.

FastFreeze function

Press the FastFreeze button.

The FastFreeze indicator appears.

To switch off the function before its

automatic end, press the FastFreeze button

until the FastFreeze indicator turns off

Door open alarm

An acoustic alarm will sound if the door is

left open for a few minutes. The door open

alarm conditions are indicated by:
• a flashing alarm indicator;

• an acoustic buzzer.

Press the alarm reset switch or close the

appliance door to deactivate the acoustic

alarm.

When normal conditions are

restored (door closed), the alarm

will stop.

High temperature alarm

If the temperature inside the freezer has

risen to a point where the safe storage of

frozen food is no longer ensured (for

example due to an power failure), the Alarm

light will blink and an acoustic alarm will

sound.

When the freezer is first

switched on, the Alarm light

blinks until the temperature has

dropped to a safe level for the

storage of frozen food.

Switch off the warning tone by pressing

the FastFreeze switch.

The FastFreeze indicator appears.

The Alarm light blinks until the required

temperature has been reached again.

Release theFastFreeze switch as soon

as the Alarm light is off.

The FastFreeze indicator turns off.

FIRST USE

Cleaning the interior

Before using the appliance for the first time,

the interior and all internal accessories

should be washed with lukewarm water

and some neutral soap to remove the

typical smell of a brand-new product, then

dried thoroughly.

CAUTION!

 Do not use

detergents or abrasive powders,

as these will damage the finish.

Freezing fresh food

The freezer compartment is suitable for

freezing fresh food and storing frozen and

deep-frozen food for a long time.
To freeze fresh food activate the FastFreeze

function at least 24 hours before placing the
