CLEANING AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
7.1
General precautions
DISCONNECTING THE POWER AND WATER SUPPLIES
Before working on the machine in any way: disconnect the power supply with the master switch
or by pulling out the power plug, and close the water supply TAPs.
CLEARANCE
You must provide at least 1m

of free space in front of the machine for maintenance.
Work performed on the machine by unauthorised personnel is not covered by warranty and is
at the client's sole expense and responsibility.
When cleaning and servicing the machine: use personal protective
equipment.
