Residual heat
If the cooking zone is still hot after being
switched off, the
symbol will be
displayed on the display. The symbol clears
once the temperature drops below 65°C.
3.4 Special functions
Warming Function
To activate the Warming function, first turn
on the hob, then:
1. Place a pan on a cooking zone.
2. Press the
button to activate the
function. The
symbol appears on the
display of the selected cooking zone
and the
symbol appears at the side
of the scroll bar.
To turn off the Warming function for a zone,
simply press the
button of the relative
zone again.
Pause function
To activate the Pause function
:
1. Switch on at least one cooking zone.
2. Press the pause button
.
appears on the displays of all the
cooking zones.
To deactivate the Pause function
:
1. Press the
button. An animation
appears on the rear right zone scroll bar.
2. Move your finger from left to right on the
scroll bar.
3. The pause function has now been
deactivated and the previously set
functions are restored.
Improper use
Danger of burns
• Supervise children carefully as they
cannot easily see the residual heat
indicator. The cooking zones remain hot
for a certain period of time even after
they have been turned off. Make sure
that children never touch the hob.
This function allows you to keep
cooked food warm or to keep
water on the boil.
This function pauses the operation
of all the cooking zones.
The pause function can be
maintained for a maximum of
10 minutes, after which the
appliance switches off.
The cooking time limitation, the
residual heat indicators and the
control lock function remain
enabled during the Pause function.
When the power comes back on
after a power failure, the pause
function will be deactivated.
