 The various electric oven functions are suitable for different cooking modes.  

After selecting the function required, set the cooking temperature using the

MINUTE COUNTER KNOB 

(CERTAIN MODELS ONLY)

 

 

  Turn clockwise to wind up the alarm and set to the desired time.  

Time is expressed in minutes (maximum 55 minutes).    
Adjustment is continuous so that intermediate times between markings can also 
be set. Alarm activation at end of pre-set time does not turn off the oven (no 
end of cooking).
