Front Panel LEDs
The front panel of the switch provides status LEDs for “at-a-glance”
system monitoring. The following table details the functions of the
various indicators:

Off
The port has not established any network
connection.
On Yellow
The port has established a valid network
connection and communications have been
set to 10 Mbps.
On Green
The port has established a valid network
connection and communications have been
set to 100 Mbps.
Flashing
Yellow
Communications have been set to 10 Mbps
and traffic is passing through the port.
Flashing
Green
Communications have been set to 100 Mbps
and traffic is passing through the port.
FDX/
COL
On
The port is in full-duplex mode.
Off
The port is in half-duplex mode.
Flashing
Packet collision is occuring in half-duplex
mode.
