4-4-1. Operation overview
1) Setting IZT40
(Default condition)
Frequency setting : 30Hz
Key lock : OFF
[Channel selection mode]
Select the CH number for setting and display. When multiple bars (high voltage power supply modules) are
connected, switch the CH for setting and display. Refer to 4-4-2. Channel selection mode for details.
