If the room system appliance is unable to connect to the Microsoft Exchange server,

use a computer with an Internet browser to log on to Microsoft Outlook® Web Access

with the Skype for Business account credentials. This enables you to verify that the

Skype for Business account can access the Microsoft Exchange calendar.
