Instructions
SEAT BELT PLACEMENT
• Unscrew one screw on either side of the wheelchair that
holds the seat in place.
• Attach seat belt to the chair by lining up the grommet holes
with the screw holes. Re-insert screws through both the seat
belt and the chair to hold seat belt in place. Make sure that the
screws are tightened.
• Adjust Seat Belt to desired length by using the black buckle
that holds the adjustment strap in place.
• Place monitor out of reach of the resident. Suitable mounting
location is the back of wheelchair, so that the resident cannot
tamper with monitor or reach the “Reset” button.
ADJUST SETTINGS
• To adjust the volume, tone and delay, open the battery com-
partment in the back of the monitor to access the controls.
• Use a small screwdriver to adjust the volume to the desired
level. Please note that the monitor will be shipped with the
alarm volume set at 90 decibels (90 decibels is the legally ac-
cepted occupational noise allowance).
• Slide tone switch to the desired 3, 2 or 1 beep’s.
• Delay comes set at 0 seconds. If caregiver deems it safe and
necessary to have a delay, slide the switch to 1 or 2 seconds.
