4. Select the format for the file from the
Save as type
list.

If you save the file in a format other than .fcw or .notebook, a dialog box appears informing you that
you may lose some features of your file, or that you won’t be able to open the file in a future session.
Click
Yes
to confirm the action.
To save an existing file
Select
File > Save
.
Note
If you try to save a file that was originally created in PowerPoint, a dialog box appears and warns
you about overwriting the original file. If you save the file with the same file name, you could lose
some of the features of the original file.
To save an existing file with a new name or location
1. Select
File > Save As
.
The
Save As
dialog box appears.
2. Browse to the folder where you want to save the file.
3. Type a name for the file in the
File name
box.
4. Select the format for the file from the
Save as type
list.
5. Press
Save
.

Printing files
You can print pages from your Whiteboard file just as you would from any standard Windows program.
In addition, you can print the file “handout” style, with multiple page thumbnails on a single sheet of
paper.
To print a file
1. Select
File > Print
.
The
dialog box appears.
