1. Mounting the Wall Brackets
This procedure involves the following steps:
•
mark the wall for the console bracket keyholes and mount the console bracket
•
mark the wall for the remaining brackets' keyholes and mount the brackets on the wall
Marking the Wall and Mounting the Console Bracket
Remove the console wall bracket from the console. Mark your wall using the template tool.
Mount the console bracket, using the method appropriate for the type of wall onto which you're
installing the LightRaise console.
NOTE:
The top of your console bracket should be mounted 26½"
(67.3 cm)
from the floor.
This measurement provides for a clearance of 2"
(5 cm)
between the floor and the console.

concrete and cinder block walls: ¼ x 1¾" concrete screws

walls with wood studs: drywall anchors, #8 x 1¼" truss
head screws, toggle bolt anchors, ¼-20 UNC x 1½"
Phillips pan head bolts, #8 x 2½" Phillips round head wood
screws and washers

walls with metal studs: drywall anchors, #8 x 1¼" truss
head screws, toggle bolt anchors and ¼-20 UNC x 1½"

The template tool is used to mark keyholes for all brackets. It's used both vertically and
horizontally. When using it horizontally, ensure the notches are on the bottom. For vertical
usage, make sure the flat edge is on the bottom.
