WLL 300kg Gordon-Lift Set
Safety
Read all instructions carefully and follow them strictly to avoid injury or damage. The gordon Lift
must be used and maintained as per the following instructions.
Ensure that all users who work with this GORDON pulley system have read and understand
these instructions.
• Do not attempt to lift more than max. Capacity of 300kg. Overloading will result in damage to
the device and and possible injury to the user or others.
• Do not use any electrical appliances to run the pulley system. It is only designed for hand
operation.
• Check the rope before using.
• Do not pull in diagonal angle. Pay attention for safe stand.
• Ensure that no personel are below the load before commencing a lift..
• Do not allow personel to step under a suspended load.
• Warn personel that you are going to lift the load.
• The GORDON Lift is for materials lifting only. It must not be used for lifting/lowering personel.
• Ensure a uniform weight distribution of the load to avoid pendulum movements.
• Pull the rope steadilly to ensure a smooth operation.
• If the rope is blocked, stop lifting and let the load come down slowly and check the problem. Do
not use the pulley system by force or let the load keep hanging in unsafe conditions
• Do not allow the rope to contact with load.
• Check and maintain regularly. If maintenance checks reveal faults, remove from service and
return to SKYLOTEC or approved service agents for service/repair.
