Malfunction Cause Remedy
An IPM-12 cannot be
selected. Device address has not been set or is incorrect.
Wiring (interface) of IPM 12 or PGA-3 is necessary Check or set device address
Check terminal connections and correct, if incorrect.
The entered monitoring para-
meters were not transferred Wiring (interface) of IPM 12 or PGA-3 is incorrect.
Send cycle was canceled by “RESET”.
Incorrect IPM 12 or incorrect measuring point was
selected Check terminal connections and correct, if incorrect.
Reprogram/check programming
Malfunction is reported alt-
hough lube point is sufficiently
lubricated with oil specified
correctly. Temporary fluctuation in flow.
Entered monitoring parameters were not
„Press “RESET”.
Re-enter values ( see point 5.4)
Warning is issued although lu-
beb point is sufficiently lubri-
cated with oil. Temporary fluctuation in flow. Warning will clear itself automatically after thenext
measuring period with correct values
Malfunction, no warning
issued. No master device was defined..
Wiring is incorrect.
Define a master.
Check terminal connection.
