I made a phone call, only to hear beep and
failed to make connection.
All the channels in the area are engaged or the
phone is not connected with the base station.
Press (End) and then (Send) to redial to the last
dialed number.
The antenna level changes severely, and even
when the antenna level is high, the phone
sometimes fails to receive the signal.
If the phone is inside a building, in an
underground area, inside a tunnel, near a high
building or mountain, the radio wave can be
interrupted.
Camera
White dots are displayed on the screen, and
the scene on the screen is not clear.
The camera lens is stained with foreign
substance. Wipe the lens with soft cloth. If the
problem still exists, contact the nearest service
center.
How can I get the better photos in the dark?
You cannot take the clear view when you taking
a photo in the dark because it takes time that the
camera sensor adjusts exposure automatically. If
you are in the dark, wait for about 3~5 seconds
after switching on the camera, and take the
photo after the camera is fully adapted to the
darkness.
Taking a video is stopped even if the phone
has enough memory.
Because the video file is stored in the temporary
memory space and then converted to the
permanent memory space, the temporary
memory space after the file is moved to the
permanent memory is appeared as a remaining
memory space.
