Shear bolt M5x55 mm, class 8.8 with self-locking nut (ref. 1, Fig. 6.7). 
 
This bolt breaks when the 2nd fork encounters excessive stress. The cause may be: a foreign body has 
been picked up, an excessive amount of product, insufficiently dried product. 
Remove the cause of the break, time the fork and insert the new bolt.
