Remove the front panel and the internal flow chamber extension.

Clean the probe and internal flow chamber using soft cloth or brushes. If necessary, use a mild
solvent to remove stuck-on dirt.

Place the flow chamber extension back inside the enclosure. Attach the front plate by securing it in
place with the five bolts.
NOTICE
Maximum tightening torque for the bolts is 7 Nm. To avoid equipment damage, do not
secure the bolts tighter than the maximum tightening torque.

Replacing malfunctioning fan
The device continuously monitors the rotation speed of the internal fan to ensure the flow velocity
inside the flow chamber remains constant. If the rotation speed of the fan drops below 1000 rpm or the
fan fails completely, the device enters FAULT mode and issues error code “Err6”.
To replace a malfunctioning fan, you need:
4 mm hex key
5 mm hex key
