1. Removal of the USB flash drive
for data retrieval
Using a 24mm (6–point socket) and ratchet
a
Remove the
USB
cap.

Remove the gasket protecting the USB flash
drive.

Remove the USB flash drive.
d
During short-term storage the
“red”
cap may
be used in place of the USB flash drive.
Note
Do not remove the
Communication
end-cap.
2. Transducer end-cap removal for
battery replacement
From a suitable workbench
• Remove the nylon retainer cord
(!)
and pull the
end-cap clear of the housing.
Note
Open vent valve

to release internal pressure.
The safety valve
(B)
indicates overpressure.
3. Battery and O-ring replacement
Using the integrated handle

Remove the battery and replace with Lithium
or (optional)NiMH rechargeable batteries.
