Read this first
To get started with the TV80, you need to connect your catch monitoring systems to the
Processor Unit. When all the interfaces have been defined, you can set up the presentations
to give you the information you need.
The following user scenarios have been defined:
• New installation
• New user
Is this a new installation?
If this a new TV80 that you are about to put to use, you must first install the software,
and then apply the licence key. You must also set up the interface to each sensor receiver
you wish to use.
We assume that all the necessary hardware units have been installed.
The following software tasks are relevant.
1 Install the TV80 software.
2 Apply the licence key.
3 Select and set up each sensor receiver you wish to use
4 Select and set up each catch monitoring sensor you wish to use.
5 Define the requested presentations.
6 Investigate the features and functionality offered by the TV80.
Are you a first time user?
We assume that all the necessary hardware units have been installed.
The following software tasks are relevant.
1 Power up the Processor Unit, the display, and the relevant hardware units.
2 Start the TV80 program.
3 Check that the TV80 is set up to receive information from the relevant catch monitoring
sensors.
4 Define the requested presentations.
5 Investigate the features and functionality offered by the TV80.
