Description
Different catch monitoring sensor types may be used with the TV80 system; ITI sensors, PI
sensors and PX sensors. The
Select Sensors
dialog box allows you to define which catch
monitoring sensors you wish to use, its main parameters and where they are placed in the
gear. With the
Select sensors
dialog box, you are not configuring the catch monitoring
sensors. Catch monitoring sensors need a dedicated tool to be configured.
Note
The TV80only allows you to configure PX sensors. If you wish to use older sensors (not PX
family), these must be configured using their dedicated applications before you add them.
You must select where to place the sensors on your gear. The gear illustration will show an
icon in the shape of a sensor indicating where the sensor is located. No matter the sensor
you choose, the icon will always be the same.
The options on the right hand side will vary depending on your initial choice. Once selected
the type of sensor, different parameters will appear depending on your choice.
Different catch monitoring sensor types may be used with the TV80. Before you can read
data from the catch monitoring sensors, you must define which sensors to use, and which
measurements they shall provide. You must also define the communication parameters.
