The
PX MultiSensor Configurator
dialog box is only available if there is a PX MultiSensor
connected.
You need a special interface unit or cable to do the configuration task yourself.
How to open
The
PX MultiSensor Configurator
dialog box is opened from the
Add New Sensor
dialog
box. The
PX TrawlEye Configurator
is opened from the
Add New Sensor
dialog box. To
open the
Add New Sensor
dialog box, select
Add New Sensor
at the bottom of the
Sensor list
page. The
Sensor List
page is located in the
Installation
dialog box. The
Installation
dialog
box is located on the
Setup
menu.
Description
If you do not calibrate your sensors you will not know if the pitch and roll readings are
correct. If existing sensors have been replaced, or new sensors have been installed, a new
calibration is always required. A new calibration may also be required after an update of
the TV80 software.
Advanced dialog box
Once defined the measurements you want your catch monitoring sensor to make, you can
optimise their range values in order to get a better resolution.
How to open

Advanced

dialog box. The

dialog box is opened from the
Add New Sensor
dialog box. To open the
Add
New Sensor
dialog box, select
Add New Sensor
at the bottom of the
Sensor list
page. The
Sensor List
page is located in the
Installation
dialog box. The
Installation
dialog box is
located on the
Setup
menu.
Description
The
Advanced
dialog box shows the measurements or functions defined in the corresponding
PX Configurator
dialog box. You can define a minimum and a maximum value for every
measurement.
If the catch monitoring sensor measures a value outside the range you defined, it will not
be sent to the vessel.
