Tick on the docking mode.

Right click on the Ship to bearing button.

Create the first anchoring point attached to the bow.
5.
Create the second anchoring point attached to the stern taking in account that the circle
radius is equal to the vessel length.
When operating the Docking mode the following data is displayed:
•
Distance to anchoring point and speed for both bow and stern.
•
4 historical positions (step adjustable from 3 to 15 seconds).
•
Predicted position
•
For each anchoring point, course, distance and speed (cm/s) are displayed.
•
2 speed vectors are displayed from bow and stern.
Settings
The following user defined settings are used during the calculation:
•
Maximum ship speed: limit used in the calculation
•
Maximum turn rate: limit used in turn rate calculation
•
Prediction duration: ship symbol plot interval
•
Time to reach ROT: sets limit to turn rate acceleration in the calculations. After rudder
change, the ship starts turning, and ROT accelerates till constant ROT is reached. (Time to
reach ROT = 0 means that using turn rate acceleration in the calculations is disabled)
