Mounting hardware

The ES120-7C Transducer with 5-pair open-end cable option is more suited in a fixed
installation, for example on a ship. The cable is shielded to make the transducer more
immune to noise. All the mounting descriptions found elsewhere in this manual refer to
this transducer type.

The ES120-7C Transducer with SubConn MCIL8M connector is more suited for smaller
vessels, for example unmanned surface vessels, or in a portable application. The most
suitable way of mounting this transducer depends on the type of application and is not
covered by this manual. It is important to take precautions in noisy environment as the
SubConn cable is not shielded.

Relevant documents and drawings (normally in PDF and/or AutoCad format) can be
downloaded from our website.

Optional items

Mounting- and clamping rings are required if you wish to install the transducer through
a hull plating.
