original purchaser. This product, if properly used and maintained in compliance with 
all instructions and warnings, will be free from substantial defects in material and 
manufacturing for 1 year from purchase date. Purchaser’s sole remedy is replacement 
upon return to Simpson within 1 year of purchase (shipping prepaid).
