REMOVING DEVICES FROM OTHER Z-
WAVE NETWORKS
If HUB iO is the Master Controller (SIS) or a Primary
Controller (PC) Y you are able to remove Z-Wave devices
from any installation using the remove function
allocated on Menu > Installation Data > Advanced
Settings > Remove Nodes. Exclusion process will start to
allow you remove Z-Wave nodes from their old
networks in order to add them to Simon 100 iO
network. .
REPLACING AND RECONNECTING
FAILED DEVICES
If a device included on HU iO Network fails on 4
consecutive sets performed by HUB iO, it will be set as
Failed.
A failed device can be tested using “Plugin” yellow icon in
order to set it as active. HUB iO will try to connect with
the device in order to modify the device state.
A failed device (or battery device) can be replaced by a
new device in order to solve the failed status. This will
start a replacement process where if new device is not the
same than the failed device, Simon 100 iO APP Will advise
user to replace it by a correct device.
