
Preset Messages
Under this option there are some text messages (10 entries at most) preset by your
System Administrator on the FPP. You can choose to send any entry to a private or
group call contact.
The content of these preset messages can be viewed by selecting the ‘View’ key. The
content can only be changed or the whole message by your System Administrator on
the FPP.
Status Messages
Under this option there are some status messages (95 entries at most) preset by your
System Administrator on the FPP. Only the status code is displayed and so the content
of the message is not able to be viewed during transmission. You can choose to send
any entry to a private or group call contact.
Call Log
The Call Log menu provides access to the lists of individual Missed, Received and
Outgoing call records for the radio. The radio can save up to 200 entries under each
option.
To access the Call Log, from the home screen, select ‘Menu’ > ‘Call Log’ > ‘Enter’, or
press the shortcut key for Call Log directly.
The most recently call record is displayed at the top of each list. When each call log
becomes full, the oldest entry will be overwritten by the latest one automatically.
For each call entry, you can choose to perform any of these operations: Initiate a Call
through PTT Press, View, and Delete.
To delete all call entries in the Missed/Incoming/Outgoing Call list, select ‘Call Log’ >
‘Missed/Incoming/Outgoing Call’ > ‘Selected Call’ > ‘Delete All’.
Radio Information
The Radio Information menu provides the user with basic information about the
specific radio, such as: radio alias, radio ID, serial number, model name, model number,
frequency range, firmware version, data version, vocoder version, and last
programmed date.
To access the Device Information menu, from the home screen, select ‘Settings’ >
‘Radio Information’.
