Using Wireless Fixed 
Emergency Call Stations

Silversphere wireless emergency call stations 

include the WRCB check-in call station, 

WCUA emergency call station with built-in 

universal transmitter,  WRTB check-in touch 

pad, WTUA emergency touch station with 

built-in universal transmitter, and WCCA 

emergency call cord station, and WMCA 

motion detection station.

WRTB & WTUA  
Emergency Touch Pad Stations

To place an emergency call, press the 

button labeled “Push for help.” This will 

trigger a light for 5 seconds, indicating 

that the call is being made. Upon 

transmission, the light on the WRTB also 

indicates battery status: red light is a low 

battery and green light is a good battery.

To reset either station, wait 30 seconds and then 

press the check box located below the touchpad. 

WRCB, WMCA & WCUA 
Emergency Call Stations

 

To place a call, simply pull the cord 

affixed to the front of the device. This will 

trigger a light for 5 seconds, indicating 

the call is being made. Upon transmission, 

the light on the WRCB and the WMCA also 

indicates battery status: red light is a low 

battery and green light is a good battery.

To reset either station, wait 30 seconds and 

then press the check box located on the face 

of the device. 

Universal Transmitter Contact

The WCUA & WTUA also have a normally 

open universal transmitter contact that 

can trigger an alarm when the normally 

open device to which it is connected 

closes the contact. Resetting the resulting 

alarm is also done by pressing the check 

mark on the face of the device, but only 

after the contact opens.
