Set the data that is present in fast response register C.

FRR_C_MODE[7:0] - default:0x09
0 = Disabled. Will always read back 0
1 = Global status
2 = Global interrupt pending
3 = Packet Handler status
4 = Packet Handler interrupt pending
5 = Modem status
6 = Modem interrupt pending
7 = Chip status
8 = Chip status interrupt pending
9 = Current state
10 = Latched RSSI value as defined in MODEM_RSSI_CONTROL:LATCH
