Summary: 

Update state machine entries. 

Purpose:



This command is used to manually switch to a specified state, or to cancel pending state transitions.

NEW_STATE[3:0] - State to go to immediately. 

0 = No change 

1 = Sleep state. 

2 = Spi Active state. 

3 = Ready state. 

4 = Another enumeration for Ready state.

8 = RX state.
