Summary:
Request current device state.
Purpose:
Requests the current state of the device and lists pending TX and RX requests.

MAIN_STATE[3:0] - Current State.
0 = No change
1 = Sleep state.
2 = Spi Active state.
3 = Ready state.
4 = Another enumeration for Ready state.
5 = Tune state for TX.

8 = RX state.
