lldp
med-fast-start-count
This command specifies the amount of MED Fast Start LLDPDUs to transmit
during the activation process of the LLDP-MED Fast Start mechanism. Use
the
no
form to restore the default setting.
Syntax
lldp med-fast-start-count

- Amount of packets. (Range: 1-10 packets;
Default: 4 packets)

This parameter is part of the timer which ensures that the LLDP-MED Fast
Start mechanism is active for the port. LLDP-MED Fast Start is critical to the
timely startup of LLDP, and therefore integral to the rapid availability of
Emergency Call Service.

notification-interval
This command configures the allowed interval for sending SNMP notifications
about LLDP MIB changes. Use the
no
form to restore the default setting.
Syntax
lldp notification-interval
seconds

- Specifies the periodic interval at which SNMP notifications
are sent. (Range: 5 - 3600 seconds)
