2.5 LF Setting
LF Source
The SSG5000A has an internal low-frequency signal generator that can be used as an
internal source for low-frequency signal output or analog modulation. When output as a
low-frequency signal, the LF output supports several common waveforms, and the
frequency and amplitude of the low-frequency signal can be set. Press
