INFRA Net Remote Control
Note! For full functionality of the INFRA Net Remote control system,
the C22 shall be monitoring. The C22 does not communicate
automatically when monitoring is off.
When communicating to INFRA Net, the C22 sends its status and
parameter settings. On the Hardware page in INFRA Net, the operator can
view all status and settings, and request changes of configurable
parameters.
When the operator has committed any instrument changes (i.e.,
communication schedule, service messages, settings) they will be applied
to the C22 at its next communication schedule.
While the instrument is monitoring, change of some parameters (e.g. the
trigger level) will:
1.
Cause temporary stop of monitoring.
2.
Change the parameter(s)
3.
Restart monitoring.
Other parameters (e.g. the INFRA Net communication schedule), can be
changed without a monitoring stop/restart procedure.
Also, when the instrument is in monitoring off mode, the INFRA Net
Remote system can be used, however physical access is required. Use the
following procedure:
1.
Perform a manual communication (upload) on the C22 to send
the current status and settings to INFRA Net (see section 5.4.2).
2.
Wait for the status to be updated on INFRA Net (Hardware tab).
3.
Use INFRA Net to change parameter settings.
4.
Perform a manual communication again on the C22 to read the
new change request. The changes will then be performed.
For further information about INFRA Net remote control, see INFRA Net
Hardware manual.
