Boson 640 Framerate Issues

Some framerate limitations have been encountered with the Boson 640 due to USB bandwidth
limitations.

If the Boson 640 is connected through USB the framerate can drop from 60fps down to 30fps if a
second USB camera is connected and/or if passthrough is configured on the USB serial port.
