Connecting PC to meter

Connect IrDa communication adaptor to its interface on transmitter and connect PC to adaptor.

Figure A-1

MAG 8000 or MAG 8000 CT has a built-in IrDA communication interface on top of meter. 
IrDA adaptor can be fixed to lid by rubber band.

Starting Flow Tool software program

Double-click on Flow Tool icon on windows desktop to start program.

Note
For on-line communication make sure the IrDA symbol is visible in the toolbar status menu 

before starting Flow Tool.
